Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 2 January 2026.

We at OfficeDroid AI are working to make our website, https://www.officedroid-ai.com (replace with your exact live domain if different), accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This is achieved through the capabilities of the system on which the site operates and through the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice recognition software.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, and have aimed to meet Level AA accessibility standards.

The site has been designed and structured to work with assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. As part of our accessibility efforts, we have:

  • Used Wix accessibility tools to identify and address potential accessibility issues

  • Set the site language correctly

  • Ensured a logical content order across pages

  • Applied clear and consistent heading structures

  • Added alternative text to relevant images

  • Used colour combinations that meet required contrast ratios

  • Reduced the use of motion and animation where possible

  • Ensured that videos, audio content, and downloadable files are accessible where provided

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]

Some areas of the site may include third-party tools or embedded content that are not fully under our control. While we strive to work with accessible providers, we cannot guarantee full accessibility compliance for third-party content. These elements are therefore considered partially compliant with the accessibility standard.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]

OfficeDroid AI operates primarily as a digital service. There are currently no physical premises open to the public that require on-site accessibility arrangements.
